Kiwi Semi has pioneered the concept of  the companion IC’s and is focused on security cameras and networked CCTV systems. Our Companion IC’s help to reduce time-to market, bill-of-material costs and the size of camera boards while improving product quality and performance. Designed on a robust and cost-effective Analog CMOS process, Kiwi Semi companion IC’s integrate a camera’s analog control functionality onto a single chip, architected through close collaboration with our system partners, to ensure the optimization of functionality as well as the benefits mentioned above.

Our products offer single chip solutions for CCTV lens control, including DC auto-iris , IR Cut filter driver, and Coaxitron receiver functions (KA808). KA909 family also includes a highly flexible reset function which performs as POR (power-on-rest) and also as brownout detector, resting in better system reliability and stability, as well as smaller form factor.

Kiwi Semi also provides DVR solutions for Coax-Communications in CCTV systems, and we offer a wide range of reference designs to enable quick time to market.
